The Loan Graph
Unified loan state. Every agent reads and writes the same live model of the loan, enabling shared context for all the AI agents to make the right decisions.
What it holds
- The borrower
- Identity, employment, income sources and their documents, assets and their seasoning, liabilities, and the conversations the borrower has already had with you.
- The loan
- Product, purpose, occupancy, investor and the overlays that apply, pricing inputs, and every condition with its current state and the evidence behind it.
- The property
- Address, valuation and its basis, title, hazard and flood position, and the taxes and insurance that become an escrow line after closing.
- The clocks
- Every disclosure timer, every regulatory deadline and every investor milestone, with the event that started each one and the rule that governs it.
What one state buys you
- 01
No reconciliation step
A condition created by underwriting is visible to the document desk in the same instant, enabling shared context across different AI agents
- 02
A desk knows what the last one learned
The document desk asks a borrower for the right W2, given its analysis on paystubs.
- 03
The graph is what gets cited
Every datapoint carries the document and page it came from, so an evidence trail is a read of the graph rather than a report someone assembles afterwards.
- 04
It travels with the loan
A loan that boards carries its graph with it, which is why a boarding exception can be stated as a disagreement between two known values rather than a guess.
What it is not
Not a system of record
Your LOS remains the book of record. The graph is the working model the agents reason over, and results are written back to the system you already run.
Not a data warehouse
It is live and transactional, not a nightly copy. A warehouse tells you what was true last night; a desk needs what is true now.
Not a migration
Nothing moves. The graph is assembled from the systems and documents you already have, and it is scoped to your tenant like everything else.
You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet
- Any loan type, any agency guideline or custom investor overlays.
- Every finding cited to the guideline or document it came from
