OUR STORY

We've seen how compliance teams are stretched while business teams struggle to move faster, under increased regulatory scrutiny

A typical day for a compliance officer involves reviewing marketing copies of the company and their partners, doing due diligence for new partners, sampling a few customer communications to look for process adherence and regulatory issues, monitoring existing partners for risks, tracking and managing complaints and preparing audit reports on findings. All of these are on top of other critical things compliance teams have to monitor, like AML, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, etc.

Customer success and business teams rely on manual QA of a sample of customer interactions to identify customer pain points, agent performance, and product insights that could be used to improve the business. There is a lot of information buried in unstructured data that can be harnessed to drive better customer outcomes and improve business KPIs.

Current solutions involve manual verification or rely on lexicon-based rulebooks, which are prone to having large false positives. With the advent of LLMs, a lot of the manual and time-consuming labor can be automated with high accuracy and at a fraction of cost. Sei's AI agents are trained on regulations and enforcement actions and can be customized to every company's policies. These personalized agents then work together to automate reviews of customer communications, marketing collateral and do customer due diligence.

All with high accuracy and minimal effort. Our mission is to give the time back to compliance teams, so they can focus on high impact work.
